WATCH: Ceremony marks start of civil works for Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway

Stakeholders gathered last July 4, 2018 to mark the start of piling works for the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX). Allan Alfon, Cebu Cordova Link Expressway Corporation President and General Manager, said the event marks the start of civil works at the site for the construction of the 8.5-kilometer bridge and road project.
