Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama led the groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, November 8, for the CCLEX Guadalupe Ramps Project, a new access that will open CCLEX to the center of Cebu City towards V. Rama Ave.
The Guadalupe Ramps are part of the Concession Agreement for CCLEX. It is a development project lobbied and initiated by the Cebu City Government to support the Guadalupe River Development Program.
Mayor Rama said the construction of the Guadalupe Ramp will help revitalize the Guadalupe River, beautify and bring back the river’s three-meter easement, and bring more accessibility and progress to the city’s South District.
The project will be implemented once the local government will be able to deliver the project’s right-of-way.
